What Is Missing From This Dohc Head In These Pitures

What Is Missing From This Dohc Head In These Pitures

I just picked up a free Dohc Head & Dohc Hood from Captansavaho Aka Andrew on Dodge Forums, and looking at the head I noticed a couple of parts are missing like cams lifters etc...
Can You help me list everthing i need to get this head ready for mounting... Thank You

well you need the cam caps and they are specific to that head without the ones that came on that particular head...its useless
My sohc runs good mid 15s should i do dohc?

can you line bore and go with over size cam barings ?

The motor has no cam bearings. Might as well pull the valves and scrap the head.

And some of the valves look to be bent. I guess you got a free set of valvesprings and a few good valves.

great for aluminium recycling?... yeah its a paper weight, probably why it was free.

For most people no, but I did some research and apparently Eddy Fierro saves them.

I see how it can work, only would be concerned about making the caps out of round if they were too tight, but Eddy knows his stuff so.....

you can take junkyard caps, grind them, bolt them on and have the cam bores honed. Probably more work that it is worth.

You could probably buy a complete head for what the work to this one would cost.
