messd up lights

my girlfriend has a 1998 plymouth neon expresso that we are fixing up .. so anyways when you step on the breaks the left signal light comes on everywhere (in and out) and when you drive over 120Km the four ways come on .. anybody have an answer

Either a switch or ground, you will need a volt meter to see if the wiring is stable, if so then switch.
