jeep 60 mm tb
jeep 60 mm tb
So i finally got this on my car today. I took it for a ride and I wasnt that impressed. I opened up the intake manifold and made the jeep tb 60mm all the way through. One think that concerns me is that when the tb is at wot the tps still has more room to move. Im wondering if Its getting all of the fuel it need. It was raining out so I could only test it in 1st and second. I just thought I would notice more of a difference.

I got a chance to really test it out and its nice above 5k. It seems to rev to redline faster. Doesnt slow down at like 6500. I guess I cant go wrong with it only costing $55.

so the tps will be able to move more, the wot spot isnt the end of the resistor in the tps. they are designed that way. it should be just fine, but to check it, measure the sweep of the tps from closed to wot. if resistance is good and matches, then it will be fine. some tps's have an adjustment in them fyi.
It's not the fall that hurts, it's the sudden stop at the bottom!

just successfully put a jeep throttle body on my car and it is amazing. One thing I noticed was on (Some) maybe all of the Jeep TBs they neck down. I brought mine to a local shop and had them make the diameter the same all the way down for $25, well worth it. Was totally worth all the hard work. It pulls harder and even has a mini turbo whistle now... Really cool!
