Part one - part 2 coming
So here's my second 1st gen project, didn't go trough as expected, but happy with the results for now... mostly stock 2.4, more in the planning this spring.
So here's how it started
97 2.0 dohc
Engine tranny everything out of the car
Interior exterior engine bay stripped
Coating the floors
Everything's out the engine bay
Coating crossmember and tabs new bushings everywhere
engine bay trunk hood primered and painted
Reinstallment process beginning!
acr bar front and rear
Dash with cluster mounted gauges coming in, 2 gen r/t front and back seats coming in, new trunk carpeting, moldings intalled

My friend, who was my help trought those three months, taking out the little beast for a test drive...he just keep braking axles so we installed one from a pt cruiser and the other one from a turbo daytona. Won't break axles anymore but will spin...
2.4 power Yeah!

Looking great!!! Everyone in Canada seems to have so much free time to complete projects .
That yellow looks familiar, what's the paint code? (if it's a chrysler code) It's almost Solar Yellow in some pics, but looks like that yellow they painted newer PT's with in others.

solid bubble strut
solid motor mounts
Mopar perfomance mid tube header
Mopar performance dohc computer
NO p/s, a/c
19 pounds injectors on 58 psi fuel regulator
r/t tranny, fidenza clutch and flywheel
pt and Daytona turbo axles
2 1//2 exhaust all the way to 3 inch dynomax muffler
trunk mounted battery
Coming up
16 or 18 crane cams and springs
Mildly ported and polished head
switch to sohc 3.55 trany
Better manifold, boxed for the 55 tb
