trying to make an real car (2.4 sohc is in and runing )

Do you have a project going or will you be starting a project here very soon and just want to keep a log of everything you and when? Share with everyone every step of the way what sort of progress you are making on your project.

well i got my intake done and i thank were going to try to put it on tonight ill take some pics i know its going to be over kille for my sohc/dohc bottom motor but i make it to go on my 2.4 sohc motor were about to drop in my car

well i got my twin tb intake done and on it pulls hard to about 6500-7000 rpm

i thank im going to slap my 95 cam in my 2.0 seens my 40.00 crane 10 grind i done turn the cam magnet on the crane cam

well it took me and a buddy about 5 hours to do the swap and all but it was worth it

when we started the car was still driveing with a 2.0 sohc with dohc pistions and a head that was port matched to a 03 rt head now 5 hours latter the car has a 2.4 bottom with my ported head off my 2.0 and my twin tb intake and its runing good i still have to find a pt cruser alt mount becsue my the car drop amps quick

That's actually very interesting even to us Euros as the 2.4 engine was also sold here in the form of the Chrysler Stratus. If the opportunity to source a crashed, cheap one arises I may join the fun :-)

Thats a very interesting intake manifold....Id like to see a before and after dyno sheet on that to see if you gained anything or hurt yourself...
