Looked up throught the pan to verify there were JE slugs and H beam rods in her...

Only a matter of time now. Yanked the old motor out today, put the drive plate, clutch and tranny on the new one. Tossed the alt starter and crank pulley on too before I dropped it back in.



Wifes loved this 3-ton hoist taking up space in the washer/dryer room :lol: Finally got to use it today.

Heres where Iam at so far withthe motor in the car, Everthing is done behind the motor, (exhaust, alt, sensors, harnes). Got a new oil pan installed as well. (old one had a return line nipple)

This makes me a bit nervous. Ill be running without the T-belt covers.. Freshy powderd Motor mount too :)

Did a little work today.

She was feeling "empty" with all this extra space. Decided to throw the brackets and charger back on, painted my trans too

awesome setup , new on here jus got done reading each page, how much psi can a blower actually make? and how much hp u think youre lookin at, def out of the ordinary never seen it done on a neon, dnt know much about these fill me in bro

As for that green 4dr Iam done with it. Shes running, wich is why my car isnt done yet.

The 4dr's belt went from the idler crapping out, it was in peices when I removed his belt cover. I put a whole diff complete head on it since he bent all but 5 valves.....

A Blowers boost output depends on the size of the crank pulley and the blowers pulley. At a lil over 6k rpms this was giving me 13psi<-B4 the botom end let go and thats why I just dropped another motor in.....

blower sounds like its harder to understand than a turbo, im too tired to learn lol

Isnt it in the 1st sentence of the thread :wink: atleast it used to be. I ALWAYS give props to 96supercharged (Sky Perry)....

hey if you put that clip on youtube it will have much better quality.. when you put videos on photobucket they reduce the sound alot..
