haha. I didnt put a hg back on my car. I used alot of high temp RTV and its held awsome! Gaskets are overrated.

I don't have exhaust manifold gasket on my SOHC and haven't used an intake manifold gasket for a while on my 2.4's, $8 everytime I took the manifold off? Screw that.

I hope you are kidding Tyler, you really need a headgasket.

if i remember right they actually didn't put exhaust gaskets on from the factory in some of the earlier sohc

One cylinder misfiring WILL NOT be caused by bad fuel pump (affects all cylinders), vac leak (on speed density system AKA uses a MAP sensor, the PCM sees all the air and compensates with fuel, it'll just rev up), external oil leaks (can't really see oil leaks in the headgasket getting into cylinders derr) won't cause a single cylinder to misfire. You were just throwing out random stuff to check and half of it would have had him chasing his tail.
