WTF IS UP WITH MY CAR!!!

hey people...i have a 99 dodge neon ...i recently gota 4 in 1 tachometer put and that has a oil press and a water and oil temp(oil temp is not hooked up) after the tach was put in(with no tach adapter) my air bag light would say on and the fuel,H/C gauge would go up while the car is off if i try to cut cluster lights on they will not come on but the tach light will...if the car is on than all gauges are alll the way down..we un hooked tach its still doing the same thing..ihave swap dash cluster and pcm and still messing up on me..if i put the key in the brake light on the dash comes on... could it be the ignition switch.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
