Im.sure most of us would recommend it as the neon has a horrible reputation for being badly grounded. not grounding that one spot could cause a lot of problems.

They aren't badly grounded, but there are lots of grounds that can go bad and cause issues. In any electrical system, a bad ground can cause issues. Some more than others. A 12-17 year old car is likely to have some corrosion/oxidation at 1 or more ground points from age that will cause issues.

Hook it back up, it just has to bolt to the head somewhere. It's not the most crucial ground in the engine bay but should still be there.

It's nothing special, just an 8 gauge wire with two rings on the end will work as well.

caused hell with my car not running right.... fter i did my swap and that cable wasnt there, it would start just fine and run for a few seconds under load, but would soon die. played hell trying to figure it out. i'd put it back in if ya could.
It's not the fall that hurts, it's the sudden stop at the bottom!

A few new characters would be joining True Blood Season 5 DVD including Claude and Debbie's parents Barbara and Gordon Pelt.
