also you only want to drill out the head and use a sharp bit... try not to go into the plastic to much and possibly start out with a bit the same diameteras the bot shaftdrill thru the center and the rest of the bolt head should come off.

I just removed the sensors from an ATX TB I got at the junkyard. One of the bolts came out, the other didn't. I used the sensor as a drill guide. The hole still needs to be tapped and maybe heli-coiled. I used heat, PB ,tapping, ect. They suk.
