I've gotten up to 36 mpg on the highway in my R/T.
When I pass a Prius I downshift so they can hear me offsetting their "carbon footprint".

when I was driving 90 miles a day, I was getting mid-high 20's, mainly because I was driving like an ass to keep up with traffic. Drove 236,000 miles that way.

Sounds right for your driving.
At 60-65mph I would get ~35mpg in the non winter months, peak of 37mpg.
