Check voltage at large terminal on starter while you are trying to crank engine over, it should be same as at battery. I'm guessing you don't have enough juice at the starter to get it to go.

Does it at least click when you turn the key?

Maybe you didnt hook the starter's 8 gauge hot wire back up?

Check the relay, and make sure the fusible link isn't bad.

when you turn to the run position you shouldn't have anything..just when you turn it to the start position.

Does sound like the relay isn't doin anything though, or the starter fuse is blown.

did you run a power wire to the fuse box??? just wonering because i almost forgot that when i move my battery. i used 4 guage from the battery to the starter then i ran a seperate 8 guage wire to the fuse box just an idea

way i was planning on mine was 0 gauge to the front to a dist block, one 4 gauge to the fusebox and one to the starter. lil cleaner and saves on weight, only one cable running to the front.
