Hey Everyone, im new to the site. Just bought a '96 Neon and im hoping to turn it into a beauty! Had 1 owner (which was a Nun) sat for a little while and now it's in my hands. Hoping to tint the windows and putting some new rims and tires on (dont know what yet). But i don't know what else i wanna do to it yet.
