hi everyone, my name is chris. I have owned several 2gn neons but now i finally picked up a turbo project 1gn, which is causing me a headache. pix below

currently i have repainted 90% of the car to get rid of that awful paint job, as well as removing all of the decals. The next project is to get the CF hood sanded and re cleared to get rid of the even worse spray paint job over the carbon fiber hood. seriously who paints over CF? The car has removable steering wheel, CF hood, side exhaust, bfmic, hard pipes, aemfic, hks bov, MP TB i dont know what size and a load of other things. I picked up this project so i could get a hands on learning experience with a turbo car, so seeing as this is my first boost project i have a lot to learn with everyone's help. Outside of that my copy of all data had been a huge help in this process. But now i just wish it would start.
I will be making a progress log soon once i get some more pictures together. Thanks for looking

Def. has potential, just be patient you'll get her going. Took me six months and alot of headaches just to do an engine swap cause of time working and all but was worth the wait! Good luck with yours I look forward to seeing pics of this one running!

Welcome, and that's definitely got some potential. Just stick in there. It looks better than my car, trust me.
