4 lug? Same as you would if you were doing a 5 lug conversion I suppose. Get new bearings and hubs and if your car has rear drums then get new drums if it has discs then I believe you need to swap to drums. The fronts just get the 4 lug rotors and new hubs/bearings.

Swap all 1995 or early 1996 Neon hubs. All 95's and some 96's were 4x100

Shane, I really think you would know better. ONLY 95 had an option of a 4 lug, but not all 95's were 4 lug. But 95 was the ONLY year you could get 4 lug wheels on a neon.

the 4 lug rotors are smaller and suck. I wouldnt do it from a safety standpoint. My 95 was originally 4 lug and it was a major upgrade to the 5 lug.

4 lug is diameter 9.4 in. Nominal Thickness 0.732-0.742 in. discard @ 0.724

5 lug is diameter 10.1 in.Nominal Thickness 0.782-0.792 in discard @ 0.724

Got mixed up.
But yeah, 5 lug to 4 lug is a down grade. Don't know whay anyone would do it, besides the ounces you might save in weight.

Not even that big of a difference. Just use R/T wheels instead of bubbles or steels or sport wheels and you'll save those ounces. But they'll be multiplied into pounds.
