How-To: TB Swap *Video*

Post by -ed- » Mon Feb 12, 2007 7:08 pm

Video Description:

In the video I am going to swap my ATX 52mm TB for a Modern Performance 60mm TB. The video shows uninstallation of the stock throttle body, including description of tools needed (such as wrench/socket size) and how to physically remove the parts needed. Also shown in the video is intake manifold removal.

Installation is the same as uninstallation... you might have some issues with throttle cable length... but because I didnt have a stock manifold, that would not have been beneficial to anyone unless you had the "Ghettoblaster" as I did...I left audio instructions, rather than in text form...

as someone else mentioned, why did you remove your intake manifold?
Otherwise, awesome idea on a video for a how to Vs a typed out instruction. The video idea just gave me some "Idea's"......
Keep up the good work!
