I am using -4 AN for the oil feed, but Im switching to -3 AN. Use the stock SRT-4 coolant lines.

Where can you buy hose barb tee fittings to connect the coolant feed? What kind did you use? did you use a 5/8x3/8 tee?

I forget exactly what size it was, but that sounds correct. I actually found a plastic tee at NAPA that worked perfect.

Awesome details. Does the stock SRT-4 oil pan have the hole already drilled? If so, why can't they be used?

The SRT engine has the oil return somewhere in the block or the bedplate. The 2.4L oil pans wont fit the 2.0L either way. You can use the SRT oiling system and pan on early model 2.4's, but you would still have to drill the pan for the oil return.

Okay, so if I have an 02' stratus non-NGC engine the SRT-4 oil pan won't fit? Also, my block won't have the same oil return ports? So, I will have to use my 2.4L oil pan and drill it, correct? Also, are the instructions the same for the 2.4L?

The pan will fit, but you have to use an SRT oil pump and such. Chip would be able to tell you more on that. I'm not a 2.4 expert, but I don't beleive your block will have provisions for the oil return. This how to is based on the 2.0 block, but it will be very similar on a 2.4.

If you're talking about swapping in an SRT-4 engine, then no; you do not need an RRFPR or a return line if you are going to use an SRT-4 computer. You will need to use a 58psi regulator, though.

You can get the regulator from a 2nd gen neon (2001 & up). 2000 neons used the 49psi regulator like the 1st gen. And, yes, you will need a Walbro 255lph pump.

I would love to see how you tee your Coolant Return lines and feed lines.
