yes it really does matter. cause the 60 mm butterfly wont fit on your neon rod. you have to file the inside of the rod where the butterfly goes like thispHrEaK wrote:Lets just say that "someone" cut this a little more then what they2.4tneon wrote: -next is the hardest part you have to modify your neons throttle thing. should have.... Would it really matter, because wont the
butterfly keep the throttle rod thing in place?

and when you do that the butterfly wont sit in the center of the TB thats why you have to cut that plastic an 1/8th inch.

What if you wanted to make a custom intake couldnt you put any throotle body on there *edit* then the sensors wont match.. ok what about just boring the hell out of your stock throttle body to the thinest you can get it anyonr try that ??? and what the hell is a throttle thingy???? i see the pic its just not clear what im looking at to be cutt

this is a pic of a stock manual TB..

this is the jeep 60mm TB modded for a manual..

and this is the difference between the stock TB's butterfly and the jeeps.. you cant bore your stock TB out that big.

ill take 100 with the sensors. let me know if anyones interested i have 2 left. thank you
