Rear TailLights + Trunk Brake Light Will Not Turn Off

Rear TailLights + Trunk Brake Light Will Not Turn Off

I need some help fixing an Electrical problem on my car, when I turn all of my lights off, & pull the E brake up, the Tail Lights + Trunk Brake Light stay on, after I Pull the Fuse out, then reinstall it, from fusebox under the hood, the lights go off, sometimes I would just need to tap the brake pedal, and It would turn off, what do you think It could be? :violent2: :wtf: :helpme:
