Uh okay but that doesn't really answer my question. My car is missing it so I want to know how well it works and what it looks like my car is a 99 coupe any pics with it on the car would be great thanks!

Ah, sorry. Yeah, it works well. I noticed a difference when I took mine off and went through a puddle, or it was raining. I don't have pics of it, sorry. I would go to a local junk yard to get how it goes on and the bolts and stuff.

When I make a right turn in the rain, the right tire kicks up water and throws it right at my alternator, the belts start squealing and the volts start dropping.

This is because I do not have that shield. Before I removed it (and lost it), I never had those problems. So I'll say this - It does work.
