Money is money. If they can give you a written & signed statement that says you will be getting a certain amount of money via check, take it. A lot of companies wont do cash refunds, even if you paid in cash. Sometimes you have to give a little to get a little.

Verizon has been bleeding customers since the iPhone was introduced. They certainly don't seem to be making any effort to get them back. Hopefully everything works out for you and you never have to deal with them again.

Apparently the Verizon management policy about dealing with problems simply states to ignore it. I have had a manager physically turn around and walk away while I was talking, I have been passed off to other managers who refuse to return phone calls, and my complaints to the corporate office have been forwarded to district managers who will not contact me.

Worst customer service evar.

I do apparently get a receipt on the spot, but I still don't trust the cocksuckers. I am simply appalled by this experience, I hope this isn't the direction that large corporate customer service is going in this country, because if so we are all fucked.

i've always had verizon no problam.. but really hard to get a hold of anyone in their customer care line

That's about the one thing I didn't have trouble with.

Still waiting to get my updated bill, they were trying to charge me for a whole month of service and an early termination fee, *should* be worked out now.

VINNY tmobile jsut started unlimited minutes for 60 a month i dont know if that cheapens your plan just thought id throw it out there

tmobile is great ive had nothing but good experiences with them

Droid is pretty badass, dude I work with just got one.

I still never got my updated bill so I called Verizon last nite, it took two people over 30 minutes to tell me that I don't actually owe them any money.
