It's good for your prostate, think of it as preventing future problems.

5'11" , about 15% body fat, 540 hack squat , 1080 leg press, 225 military press, 70 one arm curls, 275 bench, 180 weighted dips, 410 shrugs, i just got back into it like 2 weeks before new years, i had like 2.5 years off (had kids, got married) so i'm hopin to get into bodybuilding form by march of 08
Damn! Got me beat bad, I just started back into buildin with my budie on here. Been at it for about 3 weeks now.
just keep at it, back when i started at 19 i was 145 soakin wet so in 6yrs w/ a 2.5 year break in the end i gained 55lbs its alot harder to gain the weight (the right kind) then it is to lose it, after the third month is when you really start seein changes make sure you have : a good multi vitamin, a plan, a goal, and the best way to get bigger/stronger/more fit is to have a good partner that pushes you to the limit, if you have any ?? just ask, this is my favorite thing to do

I didn't bother to make any resolutions. After 37 years, I've learned that they're a waste of time for me.

I didn't make any except for to stop smoking at some point in the year. I REALLY want to quit, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Limit urself each day.

Easy as hell man.. Make a limit and stick to it.. Take the lighter out of ur car/pocket and leave it somewhere.. Make sure you take out the cigarette lighter from the car..

Get a new lighter and keep it in your pocket without putting fluid in it LOL!

Same boat here. I tried to cut back to quit and now that I'm working again I chain smoke. I'm having problems with the other "tobacco" again as well...

I need a long vacation in a distant location.

Yeah, I think I know what you're talking about. It's still too soon since I quit being a regular smoker of the other stuff to quit with cigs.

Yeah, my roommates smoke both so it makes temptation even worse. I tried quitting both at the same time and 'bout killed people. I don't drink so it's not like I can pick that up in either/both of their places.

I'm with ya, I don't really drink either so it's rough. There's a certain emptiness that goes along with quitting either one.
