I think the R/T wheels look way better. 17"s that are only 6 inches wide, weigh 22 lbs each, and aren't amazing looking are a fail in my book.

Any suggestions on wheels in general? Something that won't break the bank but still looks good

You want looks or performance?
Looks is your opinion. There are lots of wide, lightweight wheels. They cost more.

If you want looks then it's really personal preference, but the SRT4 wheels look decent
