Should be easy for someone to source pictures they think would work well for this:

1st Generation Stratus
Orange Blast Paint
Kosei K1TS 17's, bright silver.
Approximate 2" Drop, or half the distance to the fenders?

If anyone would like to attempt to photoshop that for a guy with NO artistic ability, it would be greatly appreciated. I'll be glad to share any knowledge I may have that you're interested in, I'm good at research, and I might even be willing to donate about 1/1000th of what the time it would take would be worth, in cash, but as a token of appreciation, since I can't afford much. (You know, $5 or something)

im not good with rims but i edited one orange and lowered it someone else can throw some rims on if they want.

Was working when I posted.
Copied/Pasted, still working right.
Edited a flaw in it, saved, edited flaw back out, and it's working again...

it says image hot linked please use a embedded code. You cant just link it you have to embed it which i dont think you can do on here
