I'm sorry man, I feel real bad, I don't have the same access I used to to the editing software. I used to be at a school that I had access to all of the software and could do anything I wanted with , but I had to switch schools, and now I don't have any access to it. If I did get access soon, I could do something really quick to help ya out.

a buddy i know has a 98 neon R/T almost exactly how you wanted your neon photo shopped, side trim removed and shaved back door handles. he is currently trying to sell it. here is his for sale ad with pics:

it would be easier to just photoshop this since it has almost every thing you want.
