No, but I'm not positive the guy I saw getting pushed around Venice Beach today in a wheelchair with big balloon tires wasn't Larry Flynt. The Flynt Publications building is just over in Hollywood not far, and Venice Beach is sleazy-yet-sorta-high-class (Lyndsey Lohan lives right there, as do lots of dirty hippies).

I never notice famous people, apparently in Miam Beach the chick from Paramore was right by us sitting on a rock and Bam Margera walked past us on Collins Ave, I was oblivious both times.

Had a dude w/ a mohawk in a Civic at a gas station go "man that's really fuckin' cool for a Neon, you don't see them done up nice like that enough, I like it."

That type of thing would happen periodically at clubs back in the midwest, or even while walking around downtown Detroit at 3am. Autographs creep me out though, had to do that on NYE in Indy, had been a while.

Trying to decide between somewhere here in SoCal or St. Pete. I have more immediate work opportunity here, but I should break down and go to school which will be MUCH cheaper in FL. Also not really in love with LA itself, I like San Diego far better, but less job opportunity there. SoCal girls are awesome too, beautiful and not afraid to say what's up to a guy.

Also, Florida gets hot enough to get in the ocean, unlike SoCal. Some people get in here, but its mostly surfers in wetsuits, water temps too low for me.

The chick I'm staying with here really wants me to stay and move in permanent, but I can't stay in this apartment long-term with no internet, nowhere to work on my car and complex security up my ass all the time.

It's a Mopar roof rack with a Hummer-branded bike rack that was a display model from the former Hummer dealer Jon works at. Fits the Mopar rack perfectly and leaves the front tire on which is nice since I ride a track bike (no quick release front wheel).

The chick I'm staying with, its not a romantic thing, so no need to run.

But yeah this apt complex definitely does not suit my needs, I doubt any apt complex could.

If this place had private garages I could keep my tools in it might work, but its more like a parking garage. I need a house again, even if it means taking on roommates.
