I don't know what happened to him, but I know someone that built the car. He felt like he dirtied his hands having a part in building the car.

That was the 3rd, iirc, serious street racing accident he was involved in. 2nd accident where he killed somebody. Was able to get out of each without jailtime or a record.

If I recognize the car correctly I'm pretty sure he was a member on here. The front bumper looks REALLY familiar.

Nah, there is a car that looks alot like it, but it wasn't the same car. This was a 2.4 10.5:1 motor that wast boosted (yes, a high compression turbo motor) with a set of big cams, a huge turbo, and an old MS1 megasquirt.

Well, everyone saw the wreck on the news, and I knew one of the guys that helped build that car. I believe it ran low 11's or high 10's. Some dumbass kid bought it, and killed a couple people racing it.

Pretty much, it was the case of an amazing track car, which means it isn't that amazing on the road. Especially with a 1gnR/T behind the wheel.

it's sad to see these cars being bought up by kids... Leave the R/T's, ACRs, SRTs, and 11 second neons to the mature (over 19, obviously) people.

Sadly, there are very few people in their teens who can respect the power of some of these modern cars.

Parents should try beating their kids more.
