Ford foc-us
Well i got to see one of my old friends that had moved away a few days ago, which ended up in a race . He'd recently purchased a ford focus 4dr zetec. He asked me if i wanted to race and of course i had to say yes. Now I'm fairly new to the neon platform and i have to say i didn't really have much faith in my 4dr 5pd highline. I figured the only thing i had on him was the transmission. Anyway i follow him out to this long straight stretch of highway and we drop our friends off on the side of the road and head to were we're going to start. We line up and do the three honk routine...and i launch at ~ 4k. I'm about half a car ahead then i slam second and spin the tires, i pull another car. Then at third about another half. At the end of the quarter mile I win by about 2 cars. Not a grand victory, but it built up a little faith in the old neon, considering all I've really done to it is a 3.0 cai.

The definition of a NEON
A great domestic compact car whose rapidly disappearing taillights are most typically seen through the windshields of Honda Civics, Chevy Cavaliers, and other assorted shitboxes.
According to Urban Dict. dot COM

Do you guys have the SOHC or somthin?uta_flyinghigh wrote:Euuuuhhhh...how can you get wheelspin in second gear after a rolling start. I get wheelspin in 1st if I doon't get the launch right, but I haven't had wheelspin in 2nd gear except on snow/ice.

My gf just got a new focus SES. Atx (sorry, I have to get the neon going so I can teach her how to shift) it is got decent power and handles alright my favorite part is she gets 35mpg. it lasts all week and she drives as far as I do. I filled it the other day for $25, I almost crapped myself (I ve been paying $60 to fill my s10 2 times a week!)
