need front door speaker help

i have a pair of 5 and a 1/2 dual speakers with the blue l.e.ds i cant get them to fit cause the big magnet on the back of the speaker is to big and wont let the window go down can some body give me a idea to make it fit

or you can use the stock spacer frome the stock speakers thats what i used for my speakers

I have the same exact speakers but i didnt hook up the leds cause there a little stupid but they do sound good but anyways i had the same problem i put them in and the window wouldnt go down so i drilled holes in the stock spacer off the stock speakers worked great.

well cut out some wooden spacers and mont the speaker to the outside of the door panel, and put the face of the speaker on them

That would look awful, are you married to these speakers? Just get some other cheap ones. Why butcher your car up?

i had the problem to i did somthing but i cant member what arghh and i dont have my car here to help you sorry

EDIT: post a pic of the speaker with the stock spacer i might be able to member what i did.

i made some spacers out of rubber mat material, i think i wound up using about a half inch worth to bring the speaker out far enough for my magnets to clear so the window can roll down...there is plenty of clearance between the back of the door panel and the front of the speaker.
