Does the neon have the same steering wheel hub setup as the eclipse?

Um I don't think so if you're wanting to put a stock DSM wheel in the Neon. Now why don't you get a hub adaptor that uses any 6 bolt aftermarket wheel (sparco, momo, etc)

here it'll explain how to swap the steering wheel and if your using a Grant steering hub adapter which one to get. I know MOMO is a more "hyped up" name but you can get the Grant ones at your local auto zone or pep boys or whatever parts store you use. They run about $20 on average for the hub adapter and the wheel just depends on what one you decide to get...

By "quick release" I hope you got the full hub, not just the sandwich that goes in between the actual hub that bolts to the column and the wheel itself that allows you to remove the wheel while in the car. Now if yor ordered a SRT hub, it will fit b/c srt wheels have been put in 1gns allready http://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=151969. I know it's the .org but it was written by Vitor, so he know's what he's doing. But take a look at this one http://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=200583 and see if that's what you want.

Nope , that's the go-between. That will only bolt to the new 6 bolt wheel and the aftermarket hub. You still need the hub that bolts to the splined shaft of the steering column. It will look like this one,
.
Here is one on Ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MOMO-Ste ... dZViewItem.
But if you wait, you may find one for less or maybe a knock off.

No, Grant wheels use only 5 bolts IIRC but you can get a Grant wheel for much less than the Momo 6 bolt type.

Both sides are, well one is six but the other is 12( for some of the wheels have a smaller six bolt flange)
