So it's like a lip? but it actually helps with downforce...?

A Front Wind Splitter is a protruding flat surface in the front of a car that is designed to decrease front end lift and exert downforce. By creating a high pressure area on top of the wind splitter, high pressure air flow is restricted to flow underneath a car. With low pressure below the car, the effect of lift is reduced and a driver can gain from the extra traction and control.

im pretty sure that it works similar to a wing in the sense that its only noticeable at high speeds. in other words you're better off saving your money. unless you really like the looks or plan on going 100 mph all the time.

The definition of a NEON
A great domestic compact car whose rapidly disappearing taillights are most typically seen through the windshields of Honda Civics, Chevy Cavaliers, and other assorted shitboxes.

i think they can look really good on some cars. id prefer the modern performance CF lip but they don't make that anymore.

its pretty much only good at high speeds and while doing track racing. not really applicable to a nondedicated race car. agreed though, it will look ok. maybe a little ricey though. maybe.
It's not the fall that hurts, it's the sudden stop at the bottom!
