Custom license plate

Which one should I get? Feel free to suggest others.

- A non-refundable personalized service fee will be assessed in addition to the annual
registration fee. This service fee is prorated based on the number of months the plate is
valid, according to the following schedule:

$8.00 for first month
$2.00 for each remaining month

Example: A plate for 7 months would be assessed a service fee of $20.00

- Renewal fee: $15 personalized service fee in additional to the annual plate fee.

- Your license plate will be mailed within 14 business days.

Ny you have to pay like $40 up front than every few years it costs another $40 on the registration

in indiana you get the plate but can't actually register it to your car (use it on there) for a year.
