yep and when i had my 95 neon i was going to do the xenon kit on it.

The only two kits i would ever put on a neon would be the xenon and Erebuni.

and viel  i can see that now hah

well, the xenon and ww kits are actually 'ground effects' kits, they create a low pressure zone under the car sucking it to the gound

the erebuni is an auto styling kit, its sole function is to make your car look cool, it also looks good with a srt-4 spoiler and thermal exhaust

well an easy way to tell is to look at the rear bumper and side skirts, the rear should have a open setup to allow air to pass, and the side skirts should have a slight arch in them to let air pass under the car creating a low pressure zone, this is the same effect that lets airplanes fly but in reverse:

see the slight arch of the side skirts on this supra:

and the up-pitch of the rear bumber on this exige:

andy's Combat kit is a ground effects kit, but it's not nearly as refined as the ww or xenon

if you want the best ground effects on a neon i would go with a Combat front bumber, WW side skirts, and a Xenon rear bumper, but that would be fugly as hell

This is a neon  the extra body panels you place on the car won't do shit.

Purely for show.

Xenon rear bumper is a heavy large sail an that cover over the stock bummper and hangs 3 inche lower the andys is open and high to stop the drag in the back . also the Xenon is one of the heavyest kits i have ever owned i would not get another one and for the ww kit it is heavy but has a better floe then the Xenon in the front and the side skirts screw up under the car so the sides skirts don'r fall off lol but that is just my to cents

i have had all 3 kits and by far if you are looking for aero dynamics with weight reducs go with a glass kit and make sure it has flow and not drag ..

That andys front looks like it has a swollen lip way to bulky for the front of the neon and as skill said its a neon its not going to make a difference.
