With some modifications, yes.

-Neon #3 1999 Dodge Neon R/T, Flame Red, DOHC MTX, Goodies, "Christine X2"
-Neon #6 95 NYG sport coupe SOHC MTX, 1 0f only 527

I thing the bump stops have to be cut.

To install them "correctly" You will need metal spacers and you will need to cut the spring perches.

they are being nice.... dont use them unless you know how to do a lot of fab that is needed to run them PROPERLY.... which is hard to do... i had them on my old 2gn.. it was terrible... save some money and get a good set of lowering springs...
