I'm looking into some more options, I'm thinking if I do have a set of springs made, I would like a little stiffer rear, and almost the same front, but slightly lower on both. I'm thinking around 330 lb/in in the front, and around 310 lb/in in the rear.

Eibach got back to me today. This is what he emailed me.

"Hello Nate,
We don’t have any information or specs on the “X High Rate” springs for the Dodge Neon but we do have our own Sportline Kit we offer. Here are the specs:

Part#:

Lowers:

Front 1.6”

Rear 1.6”

Springrate:

Front 160-388lbs/in

Rear 54-143lbs/in

WAY too soft in the rear. And I'm guessing they're the ones that as you compress it, there's a higher spring rate.. Not a fan. I think I'll try my luck elsewhere instead of Eibach

Konis > coilovers. Konis ride nice and smooth, are super adjustable, and if done right will handle just as well if not better than coilovers

Try these springs. I just picked up about 200 new manufacturers today.. This is H&R Springs. Aftermarket struts are highly recommended.

H&R is supposed to make some good ones. I don't know their spring rates though..

Called H&R, talked to Stephanie and she said the front srings are 350 and the rear springs are 295.

So they are a lot stiffer than the Eibach which is a progressive rate and the H&R's are not.

I think I am going to start auto-crossing my Neon this weekend. She is 100% stock right now so I'll get a good baseline on how she handles with 200K mile parts on her..lol

Progressive, that's the word I was looking for. I don't like progressive rate springs. I think I will try out the H&Rs. How much are you offering them for?

Well, the HR springs come in a "kit" so all 4 I can probably do 270.00 plus shipping.

Koni has the rear shocks on their website, but my supplier says they are discontinued.
