HELP! MY CLUTCH PEDAL MAKING CLICKING NOISES

HELP! MY CLUTCH PEDAL MAKING CLICKING NOISES

Can somebody help me with this situation im having?
everytime when I press my clutch pedal in, it makes a clicking noise
kinda freaks me out, because It feels like my clutch pedal Is going to snap off or something, has anyone experienced the same simptoms, if so can you tell me what to do to fix this annoyance?
Clutch Cable looks fine, plus I just replaced it 5 months or so ago lmao...

well um the clutch an throw out bearing are new replaced it 6 or more months ago, also clutch cable was replaced at the same time...
do you think maybe there's a problem with the clutch pedal itself?

very unlikely. check the carpet area, see if anything is getting caught on anything.

did you happen to check the plasti piece that connects to the pedal.
97 2.4 swapped neon coupe
crower stage 2 cams springs and retainers
shaved 2.0 head
24lb injectors
mopar ecu
60 mm tb

Look around the pedal assembly. It could be as easy as the clip for the cable is binding up. Mine squeaks, and that reminds me i need to put some grease on it. Also a brand new cable can start to fray and cause the cable to bind inside the shielding.
