For some reAson i when i shift into 1st or 2nd my transmission stays in 3rd or 4th. Every once in a while it will go into the right gears and every thing feels normal. I ajusted the bolt for one of the interior shifter bushings and tha seems to have helped the situation but the tranny still seems to n a little picky. Anybody know whats going on?
Why do I love my cars more than my women? . . . cuz they don't ask nagging questions and always go were I want to.

most likely you need replace your shift linkage and engine mounts.

How are the bushings on the tranny side? are they still there??
