So you have been out of work for year and have no license to drive. This is no even more irrelevant. If you cannot come up with the cash in a year, then you should really rethink your priorities.

Lol, my priorities are bills buddy. Thats why I dont sink money into things that aren't needed. to make things clear, I have been out of a GOOD job for a year. License back next Friday.
So maybe then i'll answer this question, since obviously nobody has figured it out.
