¿How long will it take?

Just install MegaSquirt or some other system that allows you to tune your car, or just have a question about tuning and the options available? Feel free to ask it here.

¿How long will it take?

Post by cachanilla86 » Mon May 19, 2008 9:42 pm

I everybody, im talking about a Mega Squirt. Im going to assemble a MS, but I dont know how many hours will it take. It will be my First MS, the guy will pay me 75 dollars for evey MS I assemble. Its that a fair price? (Its not my first electronics experience, I worked in a Sony assembly plant. So, if you have a Sony TV, I can bet you your TV was made in MEXICALI)

BTW, its a small shop, specialized in Nissan. (RCK)

Well, RSAutosport is selling them for $300 or so assembled. It will take you a good while, I'd charge $125 or so for it.

Took us a full day to assemble ours, but neither of us had ever done any extensive soldering. My buddy is currently soldering up another one for our Busa motor, and it's taken him like a month

But he's doing it little by little.

Don't think it's lead free, just regular rosin core solder if I remember right.
