I would strongly suggest not buying that. Get an SRT turbo or a Hahn kit instead.

I would love to get a Hahn kit, the prices are kinda nasty because I will have to pay anything between 15-50% taxes at the customs here (Finland) also the shipping it at least a 100$ more. Even with the Euro/Dollar exchange rate at a whopping 1.42$ per euro thats just more than I can at least for now afford.

The srt4 turbo is even more troublesome because the stock SRT4 is not even street legal here, I'd hate to buy and install one just to find out that my car wont pass it's yearly inspection.

Any leads on an European turbo manufacturer/seller would be greatly appreciated should someone have any to give.

How would using an SRT turbo not pass inspection but a Hahn kit would? My guess is neither would pass inspection. The true problem with those ebay turbo's is their reliability. They are cheap Chinese made parts and tend to fail easily. You get what you pay for.

Im really unsure why the SRT4 car is not streetlegal here, not a lot of information available on it. Just tought it might be wise to steer clear on it's parts just to be sure.

You're better off with the SRT4 turbofold...even if the car is not street legal, I doubt its because of the parts...I'd look into the reasons behind it before buying anything though if I were you
