i gotta 95 dodge neon that has a screwed up head. i plan on doing all the work myself but i needa know how and where i can get information on the timing instructions had how todo all this.

what motor does your car have first off? is it a sohc or a dohc? by "screwed up head" what do you mean? if it needs surfaced, take it to a machine shop. otherwise most of the work could be done.

Jeff Ball has a write up on a timing belt install for a SOHC. Not much different for a DOHC. For the head, take it off, and have a reputable machine shop do the repairs.
