Cam Identification

Also, I have a spare cam that is "supposed" to be a Zex nitrous/comp cam. There is not marking on this cam either. The only marking on the cam at all is in the middle of the cam and it says L-10. I have a friend with a Comp 400 and it is etched and marked with the grind number as you posted in you picture earlier. I'm very confused at this point.

Cast, as in cast iron... like the block, it's got a rough sort of texture to it.
