Motor Stratus R/T 1GN

Hello friends ! ! !

im back with a one question.

a friend have a 2.4L Turbo Motor from Stratus R/T 99, and sell me all motor parts in 600 dollars, but who i need to put in my neon 1995 SOHC????

i hope your answers ! ! ! !

So just to clarify... You are asking what parts and modification you need to put this stratus motor into your neon?

You'll need a DOHC wiring harness and PCM, along with the side motor mount to get it in and running. You'll need a bunch more parts for the turbo of course, but you should do research to figure that out, otherwise I bet you'll break something.

thanks for your answer chipdog, anyone have fotos of this motor mounts on a 1g? you tell me a bunch of parts, i have all motor wiring arnes, intake exhaust, sensor, all the fucking motor, ! !! and a intercooler of SRT-4

What motor are you talking about? Dodge never offered the 1st gen Stratus as a R/T.

I know you said 99 but I dont think the R/T came in that year or with a turbo. You'll need the motor obviously, lol engine harness,engine bay harness, pcm, exhaust manifold/turbo(if equipped), T-850 tranny if the motor doesnt come with it, I dont think the 3.94 will work though I am not sure...um you might have to upgrade your axles too but Im not sure. If its N/A then stock axles should be good if its turbo, then you'll need to upgrade your axles.

They did in Mexico. Don't know for sur if it was a R/T, but you coulg get it turbo.

Mexican Stratuses came turbo, that's what all the old-timers used for turbo 2.4 parts. That's what was in my ACR before Dave gutted it.
