ok i searched it a little bit more. so to my understanding it plugs in with factory ecu then i can run my larger injectors for under boost and be able to tune the car so i still have drivability as well as proper fuel under boost. and i can set the timing retard on it as well. and it will come with a cord and cd that i install on my computer to do my tuning. is this correct?

You wire it in with the factory ECU, and it can pull and add fuel, it also has boost compensation that's tuneable, and you have control of retarding the timing, it won't advance the timing though. It's a great piggy back

ok, sounds like a great idea, i will add that to my list as well. anything else i will need? what should i use for the ignition coil itself? and im also trying to figure out what turbo i want. i have no clue on what to look for when trying to pick. also need to know what injectors i would need and if i need the higher fuel preasure regulator as well?

Just buy a cheap stock replacement one like a graneteli or an MSD one and use good wires and plugs. For the fuel system, that all depends on how much boost you're going to run and what turbo you're going to run.

i dont know what turbo i want/ need or how much boost im going to be running either. i can tell you i want to put over 400hp down at the wheels. the more power the better though.

and how much power can a stock 2.4 crank handle anyway?

by the looks of it i plan on running the obx turbo header so i dont know what size turbo i can run on that.

No idea how long the crank lasts but I have a personal friend that is putting over 700 down to the wheels on a stock crank

500 is a whole lot too. Honestly for a street driven car 400 is just fine.

well like i said 500 is max. i do want to hit hit 400 though. and its gonna be more of a toy that i just drive on the street lol. my main thing is i didnt know what the stock crank would hold safely. but if people are putting down 700 at the wheels i should be good between 4 and 500. but i still dont know what turbo or injectors. any recomendations?

with everything i see you are trying to do have you considered simply swapping in a srt motor?

i did but for what im planning on doing why bother spending way more on the initial motor when im gonna tear it all apart and build it up to. then i will need to run the srt-4 harness and more. and im not trying to spend that much plus the money to build the engine. know what i mean?

update..........................................................

car is gone i scrapped it out wheels and all. i got $198 for it with no motor or trans so im not complaining to much. i paid like $400 for the car and put the motor in my other neon. so $200 for a motor basically isnt a terrible deal if you ask me.
