Im just guessing but I would think that you could change the firing order with ms but I never used it.

right^ i think you have to change everything 180 degrees no matter what. i wish some one would confirm this.

You don't have to change it, just run the MS ignition wires differently. If looking at directions for the 2.0, just run the wires for the coil pack opposite the diagram.

right. like when you do a 2.4 swap iyou need to flip the coil wires 180 . sept when you hook ms to the coil you hook the 180 from a 2.0.... same with the injectores you just wires the banks different from the rest. in stead of moving the wiring you hook ms to it instead ie wires that go to injectors 1-4 and 2-3 are switched to 2-3 and 1-4.

Yup basically. It's mainly because the crank trigger wheel on the 2.4 crank is 180 degrees offset from the 2.0 in relation to cylinder #1, so you trick the computer into thinking it's firing #1/4 when it's really firing #2/3 since they are opposite what it reads. Same reason you rotate cam magnet 90 degrees (90 degrees camshaft rotation = 180 degrees crankshaft rotation).
