you will need to use the 2.0 dohc intake and exhaust manifold, 2.0 power steering pump I believe, 2.0 dohc head can be used since its the same as the older 2.4s

stop calling it a UDP unless you mean an aftermarket pulley.. the stock piece isnt underdriven!!! freaking NOOBS!
the 2.4 head is the same as the 2.0 up to 2001 2001+ heads have square exhaust ports, but 2002+ have different oil ports which are not in the older blocks.

You dont have to, I had a mpx but I couldnt use it b/c my alternator is on the front of my 2.4 and it wouldnt line up with my alternator. The stock one fits fine for me.
