First the PT clutch. I bought my first one a few years ago to go on my old black car. It didn't really need a new clutch (had the part's car clutch on from which I did the 5 speed swap) but there was a transmission problem which involved clutch abuse, so it was worth the piece of mind. Obviously enough clutch for my 134whp neon. However, the pedal feel totally changed. I got used to the neon modular clutch, this thing at first felt like I forgot to hook the clutch cable up. It's really light! After a little getting used to I had no problems.
I bought a used fidanza modular flywheel and pt clutch for this neon. It was already assembled.
fidanza modular flywheel with pt clutch 17lbs 10.5 oz
PT clutch 23lbs 1.5oz
Saved quite a bit of weight!
Now, driveability. Whoa! To keep it short, it just simply makes you feel like this is how it should feel from the factory, amazing! Gave a little gain on the butt dyno as well, which is saying a lot because my butt dyno reads pretty low.
For me it was a great buy and would probably get one for every other neon I may own.
Fidanza modular flywheel/pt clutch.

I agree. I had this setup and was very pleased. It held 190whp/170wtq great and provided a stock like feel. I cut lots of 1.8x 60' times on slicks without any problems.

How would you install the modular flywheel? Wouldnt you have to grind off the rivits? And where are all those bolts on the back comming from? I dont see how it works.

they don't rub on anything they are their cause you can replace the steel inserts in the flywheel. i think you can go on some web sites and buy a pt clutch for a non modular setup. you can also buy this setup thru the zone for 500 with aluminum flywheel and clutch...
