I'm a step ahead of you. The 2G/PT sway bars are wider than the 1G in both the front and rear. You will have to use a 2G k-frame as well, which do not have bobble strut brackets. So what do you do? You make one or buy one from www.polybushings.com and use a shadow/daytona bobble strut. The solid neo...

Pardon me, but what is technically the difference between an Iceman and the 3.0 apart from the fact the Iceman is in one piece ? UTA The iceman is molded plastic that's size changes througout the length of the tube. Apparently the tried many different designs and what they decided to use made the b...

What size 2G axles? The 00-02 that fit the 1G hub, or 03+ that are larger than the 1G hub?

I have three r/t mtx's that need to go.

Such large breaks really are not necessary. Len Ayala stated his 600hp 96 neon had stock rotors and hawk pads, and they did the job well. If anything, get the 2G rotors and calipers. That is what I am using. Certainly suggest flushing out the old break fluid, as that can cause failed break response.

The scary part is that this is a stock loaded (read: heavy) 320i (150hp) that's not even on sale in the US (IMHO the base model is the 325i). Makes you wonder at what speed 5 or 7-series owners cruise at in Germany. UTA Wonder when an M7 will be made  The M6 is insane, and that is the US v...

I have two mtx's. You do need to swap bell housings to use a 2G on a 1G. There is a chart on the other org showing all the gearing setups. The 2G are less aggressive than the 1G trans, but the 2G has a higher torque capacity.

I have two 1G r/t transmissions with diff tabs. $275 shipped

Do not miss the 5th nearest the outside of the car, behind the fender/bumper. Almost tore mine off.
