Well you're on the right track then. Bolt on's don't get you too far with an N/A engine, but a Mopar computer, a throttle body, and underdrive pulley are all good cheap mods. A decent header would be my next move after that.

Clutch should be just fine. You'd need to have a pretty catastrophic failure to hurt the clutch with a diff pin breaking.

Get a new trans, install "diff saver" tabs, use good fluid and be on your way.

No I heard he raced someone with Konigs and beat him by like 3 car lengths. No time slips or dyno charts to prove anything though, but yeah, it's safe to say his car runs 13's.

Europe, or Mexico, or Brazil, or Asia, etc. Lots of places got Neons besides North America and the only place that got the same lights/mirrors/fenders, etc. as us is the United States and Canada. Nobody really imports these parts on a regular basis because there is literally no demand for them. Ebay...

Well I like it a lot. Could use some alloys, but I do like the paintwork. It's also a very very base car... not even a pass side mirror!

You wouldn't run it off of a timing belt... And for an auto-x car, a supercharger would put you in a modified class, where you'd need more power than a supercharger setup would be able to get you. Also, if you were going f/i with it an SRT turbo will spool around 2500 rpm even in a 2.0, and rarely a...

Yes, hotter cams are the best N/A mods once you've gone through the bolt on's.

Check out aspturbo.com. Great guys, great products.

If you have $150 to spend on having the machine work done and buying all the valvetrain parts, just look for a used DOHC head. I'm sure you'll be able to find one.

All the same. If you want to lower the car and don't care how it rides, then go with what's cheapest. If you really want a good system for a good price, get Eibach or KW.

A power feed wire has rubbed through its insulation and is giving power to things anytime the battery is connected. Look through a wiring pin out diagram and find the constant 12 volt power source and trace it until you find your problem.
