My lawyer called me earlier today when I was in class and left a message to call him back. My pre-trial was yesterday and he represented me. So I called his office so I could talk to him, but he was in court. I talked to his secretary and she pulled my file and looked at the thing from yesterday and...

I plead not guilty today at the courthouse and my pre-trial is on September 11th. Since I'll be in school, my lawyer will be representing me. He's only charging me $200.

I'll ask my friend if there are any pictures of it. If I can get some, I'll post them. I think there were 2 other guys in the car with him when it happened.

EDIT: My friend doesn't have any pics. Sorry.

I made an appointment for Monday with a well-known traffic lawyer in town. The best in the area. And the first consultation is free. One of my friend's friends crashed a Durango into a house once. He did like $50,000 in damage to the house, totaled the brand new Durango, and ended up only having to ...

Ive been looking into getting a good radar detecter. One of the Valentine ones or one from Walmart, they have some around $100 so Im assuming they are ok. They do work though, especially around here. I'm probably going to get like a $100 Cobra radar detector. My friend works at Best Buy and with hi...

Radar detectors are useless since now with the technology used once you see the detector going off its too late. Not necessarily true. That probably depends on where you live and what kind of technology your local police stations have. My friend has a radar detector and it detects cops all the time...
